(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "ACQUISITIONS")

We refer to the announcements dated 11 August 2025, 22 December 2025, 7 January 2026, 10 February 2026, 24 February 2026, 1 April 2026 and 6 April 2026 in relation to the Acquisitions ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Acquisition of Sepang Lands is deemed completed on 4 June 2026, following the completion of the performance by the parties of their respective obligations in accordance with the terms of the SPA 1.
