Reference is made to SMTrack Berhad's ("SMTRACK" or "the Company") First Announcement dated 18 May 2026 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant  Rule 8.03A(2)(b) and Rule 2.1(c) of Guidance Note 3 ("GN3") of the ACE LR. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the First Announcements shall apply herein.

  The Company is presently looking into formulating a regularisation plan to address its affected listed issuer status ("Regularisation Plan").

 Premised on the First Announcement, the Company is required to submit a Regularisation Plan to the relevant regulatory authorities on or before 12 April 2027, for approval to implement the Regularisation Plan, which is approximately eleven (11) months from the date hereof.
