Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 25 May 2026 and 28 May 2026 ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company's Announcement.

 

The Company wishes to inform that at the case management for the Originating Summons and Injunction Application today, the Sessions Court has directed that further case management for both the Originating Summons and Injunction Application be fixed on 8 June 2026.

 

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material further developments.
