The Board of Directors of Snowfit wishes to inform that Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn. Bhd. has ceased to act as the Continuing Adviser of Snowfit with effect from 1 June 2026 as the Company had successfully complied with Rule 3.12(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") whereby an applicant must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least 3 full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
