We refer to the Company's announcements dated 14 December 2023, 25 November 2024, 16 December 2024, 30 May 2025, 17 June 2025, 20 June 2025, 28 November 2025, 17 December 2025, and the subsequent monthly announcements made by the Company pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Listing Requirements"), as well as the announcement dated 29 May 2026 in relation to the submission of an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of six (6) months from 14 June 2026 up to 13 December 2026 pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(3)(b) of the Listing Requirements for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities ("Fourth EOT Application"). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

The Board of Directors of PBS wishes to inform that the Fourth EOT Application is currently pending the decision of Bursa Securities. Further announcement will be made upon receipt of Bursa Securities' decision in relation to the Fourth EOT Application.

The Company will make the relevant announcements should there be any material developments in relation to its regularisation plan.
