1.INTRODUCTION

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors ("Board") of Perdana Petroleum Berhad ("PPB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that PPB had, on 30 May 2026 entered into two (2) shipbuilding contracts ("SBCs") with Aulong Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. ("Aulong" or the "Shipyard") for the construction of two (2) newbuild Anchor Handling Tug and Supply ("AHTS") vessels, each with an approximate bollard pull capacity of 60 tonnes ("60T AHTS Vessels" or individually "Vessel", and collectively "Vessels"), for an aggregate contract price of USD33,937,600 ("Contract Price") (collectively, "Proposed Construction").
