(Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcement in relation to the Proposed Acquisition dated 25 March 2026 shall apply herein). 

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 25 March 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of OCR, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the Company and the Vendor had, on 3 June 2026, mutually agreed to extend the HOA Expiry Date referred to in the HOA by a period of 2 months commencing from 4 June 2026 to 4 August 2026, to enable OCR and the Vendor to discuss, negotiate and finalise the terms of the Definitive Agreement and such other agreements as may be required in order to give effect to the Proposed Acquisition. 

Save for the above, all the remaining terms and provisions of the HOA shall remain in full force and continue to take effect. 

The Company shall make the relevant updates as and when there are material developments in respect of the Proposed Acquisition.
