We refer to the announcements made on 12 September 2025, 10 November 2025, 17 December 2025, 23 December 2025, 18 May 2026, 22 May 2026 and 29 May 2026 in relation to amongst others, the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 3 June 2026 ("Price-fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the 2nd tranche Private Placement at RM0.02 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

 

The Issue Price is at a premium of RM0.0013 or 6.50% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of TFP Shares up to and including 29 May 2026 (being the market day preceding the Price-fixing Date) of RM0.0187 per TFP Share.
