The Board of Directors of MCE HOLDING BERHAD ("MCE" or "the Company") ("the Board') wishes to announce that on 3 June 2026, Eagle MCE Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202501014198 (1615612-M)] ("Eagle MCE" or "the Purchaser"), an indirect 51% owned subsidiary of MCE, had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Paragon Bizhub Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201701046552 (1260728-A)] ("the Developer") for the acquisition of the Subject Property for a total purchase price of RM9,993,630.00 only ("Purchase Consideration") subject to the terms and conditions set out in the SPA ("the Acquisition") subject to the terms and conditions set out in the SPA.
