We refer to the announcement made on 12 September 2025, 10 November 2025, 17 December 2025, 23 December 2025, 18 May 2026 and 22 May 2026 in relation to amongst others, the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of TFP, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 May 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for a time extension of an additional 4 months until 15 October 2026 for the Company to implement and complete the Acquisition.
