Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 10 February 2026 in relation to the MOU entered into between JSSB and NUR.

The Board of Directors of JS Solar wishes to announce that there has been no material development in relation to the MOU as both parties are still in the midst of exploring the potential strategic collaboration in accordance with the terms of the MOU. The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments in relation to the MOU.

TA Securities Holdings Berhad ("TA Securities"), being the Sponsor, was responsible for the admission of JS Solar to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 23 September 2025. TA Securities assumes no responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
