(i) Ms Lim Wan Yee, Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director  (Chairman)

(ii) Mr Lim Ke Hun, Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director (Member)

(iii) Dato' Ng Tiong Lip, Independent and Non-Executive Director (Member)
