Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09 (1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ASB wishes to announce that ASB and its subsidiaries (Group) had, in the ordinary course of business, entered into RRPTs, detailed of which are set out herein. The aggregate value of the RRPTs, during the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026, had exceeded the percentage ratio of 1%. Please refer to the attachment for the details of the RRPTs.
