We refer to the announcement dated 25 May 2026 in relation to the Material Litigation for Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court Origination Summons No. WA-A54-112-05/2026 between Jentayu Sustainables Berhad ("Plaintiff") and Federal Land Development Authority ("Defendant") ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, the definition used herein shall have the same meaning referred to in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of JSB wished to clarify that there is currently no potential liability on the Company arising from the Originating Summons and the Injunction Application apart from costs which may be awarded against the Company in the event the Originating Summons and the Injunction Application are dismissed and in any event, any cost awarded is not expected to have a material financial impact on the Company. Furthermore, the Originating Summons and Injunction Application are also not expected to have any material impact on the operation of the Company.
