The Board of Directors of Salutica Berhad (the "Company") has approved the change of the Company's financial year end from 30 June to 31 December. The financial year will commence from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2026, covering a period of eighteen (18) months. The rationale for the change is to enhance operational alignment by providing a more suitable reporting timeframe, thereby supporting better resource planning and aligned decision-making.
