The Board of Directors of CBHB ("the Board") wishes to announce that CBH Engineering Sdn Bhd ("CBH Engineering"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 28 May 2026 executed a works agreement dated 28 May 2026 ("Contract") with Company A where Company A has appointed CBH Engineering to undertake the design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of the battery energy storage system interconnection facility (BESSO-IF), battery energy storage system interconnector (BESSO-IC) and TNB interconnection facility (TNB-IF) works on turnkey basis and all associated site works for the development of the 100MW/400MWh battery energy storage system located in Pahang Darul Makmur ("Works").
