Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 17 October 2025, 21 November 2025 and 27 February 2026 in relation to the MOU entered between MEnergy and Trina ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of Mestron wishes to announce that, following discussions between MEnergy and Trina, the Parties have mutually agreed and acknowledged that no further or separate definitive agreement will be entered into in respect of the collaboration in relation to the Project.

For the avoidance of doubt, the MOU has not been called off or terminated and shall continue to serve as the basis for the collaboration between the Parties. The business dealings between the Parties under the collaboration shall be carried out from time to time based on purchase orders and/or such other commercial documents as may be mutually agreed between the Parties. The periodic quarterly updates in relation to the MOU shall cease with immediate effect.

The Company will make the necessary announcements should there be any material development arising from the implementation of the aforesaid arrangement.
