Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of MUIB wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by MUI Capital Sdn Bhd ("MUICAP"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUIB, pursuant to its ordinary course of business during the quarter ended 31 March 2026 as set out below:
