On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 26 May 2026 submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities' approval for an extension of time of 6 months from 13 June 2026 up to 12 December 2026 for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
