Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 28 January 2026, 12 February 2026, 27 April 2026, 28 April 2026 and 22 May 2026, respectively.

The Board of Directors of Chin Hin Group Berhad ("CHGB" or "the Company") wishes to further announce that:

1. Status of Court Proceedings

We refer to the Company's announcements made on 27 April 2026 and 28 April 2026 in relation to:

(a) KKSB's appeal to the Court of Appeal against part of the High Court's decision in dismissing KKSB's injunction application in relation to the Advance Payment Bond (the "Appeal"); and

(b) KKSB's Erinford injunction application filed in the High Court to preserve the status quo of the matter pending the disposal of KKSB's Appeal before the Court of Appeal (the "Erinford Injunction Application").

On 25 May 2026, the High Court:

(a) dismissed KKSB's Erinford Injunction Application with costs of RM20,000 awarded to Exyte; and

(b) upon hearing the request made by KKSB's counsel, granted KKSB an ad interim injunction until 15 June 2026, to preserve the status quo of the matter pending the determination of KKSB's application under Sections 43 and 44 of the Courts of Judicature Act 1964 to be filed at the Court of Appeal ("S.43 & 44 Application").

KKSB has instructed its legal representatives to file the S.43 & 44 Application by 25 May 2026, to preserve the status quo of the matter pending disposal of KKSB's Appeal before the Court of Appeal.

2. Confirmation as to Whether KKSB is a Major Subsidiary

KKSB is not a major subsidiary.

3. Further Announcements

The Company will make the appropriate announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") as and when there are material developments in relation thereto in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
