The Board of Directors of the Company has declared the following single-tier interim dividends for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 which to be paid on 10 June 2026 to the entitled shareholders and irredeemable convertible preference share holders of the Company respectively whose names appeared on the Register of Members and/or Record of Depositors on 26 May 2026: (a) 35.5 sen per ordinary share; and (b) 42.6 sen per irredeemable convertible preference share. |
