Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 28 January 2026, 12 February 2026, 27 April 2026 and 28 April 2026, respectively.
 

The Board of Directors of Chin Hin Group Berhad ("CHGB" or "the Company") wishes to further announce that:
 

1. Status of Court Proceedings
 

As updated in the Company's announcement made on 28 April 2026, the High Court had:
 

(a) granted KKSB's injunction application in respect of the Performance Bond; and
(b) dismissed KKSB's injunction application in respect of the Advance Payment Bond.
 

In respect of KKSB's injunction application in respect of the Performance Bond, Exyte has filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal on 20 May 2026 against the High Court's decision in respect of the Performance Bond. No hearing date has been fixed to date.
 

Further, in respect of KKSB's appeal to the Court of Appeal against the High Court's decision in dismissing KKSB's injunction application in respect of the Advance Payment Bond, a case management has been fixed on 27 July 2026.

2. Confirmation as to Whether KKSB is a Major Subsidiary

KKSB is not a major subsidiary.

3. Further Announcements

The Company will make the appropriate announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") as and when there are material developments in relation thereto in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
