We wish to announce that BAUTO-C50 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 22 May 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of BAUTO-C50 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of BAUTO-C50 x (RM0.9389 - RM0.7000) x (1/1.5)
= Number of BAUTO-C50 x RM0.1593
The Closing Price of RM 0.9389 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the BAUTO Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
