Reference is made to the announcement dated 28 April 2026, 30 April 2026 and 18 May 2026 ("Earlier Announcement") in relation to the Originating Summons (Ex Parte) filed by Omesti Holdings Berhad (the "Applicant").

The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to announce that the Company had been notified by its solicitors on 20 May 2026 that the High Court has fixed further case management for the RO Application on 12 June 2026 via e-Review.

The Company will make further announcement as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
