The Board wishes to inform that it had on 20 May 2026 received the notice dated 19 May 2026 ("Notice") from the shareholders of the Company namely, Mr Ang Lam Poah, M&A Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd being the registered holder of shares beneficially owned by Ang Lam Poah, Mr Loo Leong Fatt and Ms Loo Foong Luan, claiming to have a combined shareholding of not less than 10% of the Company's paid-up share capital carrying voting rights at general meetings as at the date of the Notice (collectively referred to as "Shareholders") that they will convene an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") of the Company to be held on Friday, 10 July 2026 pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 310(b) of the Companies Act 2016.

The agendas proposed by the Shareholders are inter-alia as follows:

(1)        to remove all the existing directors/alternate director of TTB namely, Mr Ngiam Kee Tong, Dato' Abdul Hamid Bin Mustapha, Puan Sri Datin Thong Nyok Choo, Ms Chua Kim Lan, Mr Chan Tet Eu, Mr Tai Keat Chai, Mr Ling Chee Min and Ms Chan Siu Ching Candice and any such persons as might have been appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company as director to fill any casual vacancy on the Board of Directors between the period commencing from the date of the notice to convene until the holding of the EGM of the Company including any adjourned meeting(s) thereof.

(2)        to appoint Mr Lim Gin Gee, Mr Chen Cheong Fat, Mr Chee Seong Heng, Mr Lee Bang Haur and Mr William Ang Wei Liang as new directors of TTB.

The Board also wish to inform that an advertisement in respect of the notice of EGM of the Company to be held on Friday, 10 July 2026 was published in the New Straits Times newspaper on 21 May 2026 by the Shareholders.

The Board wishes to inform that at this juncture, the Shareholders have not circulated the notice of EGM to all shareholders pursuant to Section 321 of the Companies Act 2016 and Clause 71.7 of the Constitution of the Company.

The Company is currently seeking legal advice and will announce the actions to be taken in due course.
