We refer to the earlier announcements dated 9 March 2026, 11 March 2026, 13 March 2026, 27 April 2026, 6 May 2026 and 7 May 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the conditions precedent as set out in the SSA have been fulfilled on 21 May 2026. Accordingly, the Proposed Acquisition was completed on even date.
