The Board of Directors of OSK Holdings Berhad ("OSK" or "the Company") ("the Board") wishes to announce that OSK Properties Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199301003822 (258559-V)] ("OSKPSB" or "Purchaser"), an indirect 99.96%-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 21 May 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with SP Baiduri Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199701026841 (442339-M)] ("SPBSB" or "Vendor") ("SPA") to acquire all that piece of freehold land held under HSD107491, PT84889, Bandar Sungai Petani, Daerah Kuala Muda, Negeri Kedah with an area of 40.2 hectares, equivalent to 99.33636 acres ("Land") (before deducting the Existing Temple (as defined in the attachment) area) at a total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Forty Million Six Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Two and Sen Fifty (RM40,693,552.50) only ("Purchase Consideration"), upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA ("Acquisition of Land").
