Reference is made to the announcement dated 28 April 2026 and 30 April 2026 ("Earlier Announcement") in relation to the Originating Summons (Ex Parte) filed by Omesti Holdings Berhad (the "Applicant").

The Board of Directors of Ho Hup (the "Respondent") wishes to announce that the said RO application was withdrawn by the Applicant on 4 May 2026 as the said RO Application was filed by the Applicant under an incorrect code for Court procedural purposes.

The Applicant had refiled a new RO Application on 4 May 2026 and served a copy of the sealed RO Application on the Company on 15 May 2026. The Court has also fixed 19 May 2026 as the case management date for the new RO Application ("RO Application").

Pursuant to Section 368 of the Companies Act 2016, upon the filing of the RO Application and until the application is decided by the Court or until the lapse of two (2) months from the date of filing of the RO Application, whichever is earlier, all actions or proceedings and/or further actions or proceedings against the Respondent and/or its assets including but not limited to the winding up of the Company, appointment of receiver or receiver and manager over any undertaking or property of the Company, any proceedings that may be commenced or continued against the Company, any execution, distress or other legal process against any property of the Company and any steps may be taken to enforce any security over any property of the Company shall be restrained and/or stayed.

The Company has engaged a firm of solicitors to advise and act for the Company in the said RO Application (now withdrawn by the Applicant) and the new RO Application.

The Company will make further announcement as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
