Both SHSB and EWCI hold direct shareholdings in EWI. Upon completion of the said transfer, Dato' Leong Kok Wah ("Dato' Leong") ceased to hold any shares in STSB, which results in his indirect interest in EWI being reduced to nil. Dato' Leong does not hold any direct interest in EWI. |
