We wish to announce that GCB-C30 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 15 May 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of GCB-C30 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of GCB-C30 x (RM0.8551 - RM1.3000) x (1/3)
= Number of GCB-C30 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 0.8551 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the GCB Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and GCB-C30 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of GCB-C30 shall terminate absolutely.
