Reference is made to Bursa Malaysia Berhad's letter dated 14 April 2025 in relation to the listing of and quotation for up to 20.0 million units in Paradigm Real Estate Investment Trust ("Paradigm REIT") as payment of management fees to Paradigm REIT Management Sdn Bhd (''Manager'') on a staggered basis ("Approved Manager's Units"), announcement dated 11 May 2026 and Paradigm REIT's prospectus dated 16 May 2025 ("Prospectus"). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Prospectus.
The Manager's management fees for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 was RM3,084,028.60, out of which 30% i.e. RM925,208.58 is paid via new units in Paradigm REIT. Based on the issue price of RM0.9687 per Unit, being the 5-day volume weighted average price of Paradigm REIT up to and including 8 May 2026, the Manager has received 955,102 new Units as management fees and is holding 2,762,256 Units or 0.17% immediately after such issue. |
