Remarks :

In order to be entitled for the interim dividend of ordinary share, the holders of the Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("ICPS") must convert their ICPS and lodge their duly completed and signed Conversion Notices with the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd by 5.00 p.m. on or before 19 May 2026.
