Paradigm Real Estate Investment Trust ("PARADIGM REIT") listing of and quotation for up to 20.0 million units in PARADIGM REIT to be issued as payment of management fees to Paradigm REIT Management Sdn Bhd (''Manager'') on a staggered basis ("Approved Manager's Units")
Reference is made to Bursa Malaysia Berhad's ("Bursa Malaysia") letter dated 14 April 2025 in relation to the Approved Manager's Units and Paradigm REIT's prospectus dated 16 May 2025 ("Prospectus"). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Prospectus.
For the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026, the Manager has elected to receive its management fees via new units in PARADIGM REIT ("Units"). Based on the issue price of RM0.9687 per Unit, being the 5-day volume weighted average price of PARADIGM REIT ("5-Day VWAP") up to and including 8 May 2026, 955,102 new Units will be issued to the Manager as management fees ("Issuance"). The details of the management fees are calculated as follows:
