Further to Listing Circular No. ILC-05052026-00004, kindly be advised that the above Company had on 8 May 2026 submitted its Annual Report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports in respect of the financial period ended 31 December 2025 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for public release pursuant to Paragraph 9.23(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

In view of the above, please be advised there will be no suspension of trading in the above Company's securities on 11 May 2026.
