On behalf of the Board of Directors of LPI, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 6 May 2026, received approval letters from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia granting the Company and Lonpac a further extension of time of 6 months commencing from 4 June 2026 to 3 December 2026 to complete the Disposal of Sale Shares.
