Reference is made to the first announcement in relation to PN17 of the Listing Requirements made on 18 April 2025 ("First Announcement"), subsequent monthly announcements made on 2 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 November 2025, 1 December 2025, 2 January 2026, 3 February 2026, 2 March 2026 and 1 April 2026 ("the Monthly Announcements") and announcements made on 26 September 2025 and 7 November 2025 in relation to PN17 and announcements in relation to Proposed Scheme of Arrangement and Restraining Order made on 5 December 2025, 10 December 2025, 26 December 2025, 21 January 2026, 15 April 2026 and 30 April 2026 ("previous announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
As announced on 26 February 2026, the Company had on 25 February 2026 obtained an Interim Injunction, thus, restraining any legal actions being taken against the Company till 22 April 2026 or till disposal of the Restraining Order Application.
The High Court has further fixed 22 April 2026 as the hearing for disposal of the Company's Restraining Order Application.
As announced on 15 April 2026, the Company had on 15 April 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of twelve (12) months i.e. up to 16 April 2027 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities ("First EOT Application").
As announced on 30 April 2026, Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 30 April 2026, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 17 October 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval.
The Company is still in the process of formulating a plan to regularise its financial position ("Regularisation Plan"). The Company has until 17 October 2026 to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities for approval. The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) on the Regularisation Plan in accordance with the requirements under the PN17 of the Listing Requirements.
