Description	PERAK CORPORATION BERHAD ("PERAK CORP" OR THE "COMPANY") (I) SHARE CAPITAL REDUCTION; (II) JOINT DEVELOPMENT; (III) DISPOSALS OF HULU BERNAM LANDS; (IV) DISPOSAL OF HINTERLAND; (V) DISPOSAL OF ZONE 1 BANDAR MERU RAYA; (VI) ISSUANCE OF RPS-B; (VII) AMENDMENTS I; AND (VIII)AMENDMENTS II (COLLECTIVELY, THE "REGULARISATION PLAN")
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Court had on 5 May 2026 granted an order confirming the Share Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act. The sealed copy of the order of the Court will be extracted and lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act for the Share Capital Reduction to take effect. The effective date of the Share Capital Reduction will be announced in due course. This announcement is dated 5 May 2026.
