Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 14 April 2026 in relation to the resignation of Deloitte Malaysia PLT as the Auditors of Careplus.

The Board of Directors of Careplus wishes to announce that Morison LC PLT, having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 5 May 2026 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
