The Board of Directors of Magni-Tech wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Magni Land Sdn. Bhd. having registration no. 202601002764 (1664861-H) ("MLSB" or "the Purchaser") had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Neoh Choo Ee & Company, Sdn. Berhad. ("the Vendor") for the purchase of all that piece of freehold land held under Geran (First Grade) No. 46883, known as Lot 43, in Bandar Tanjong Bungah, Daerah Timor Laut, Negeri Pulau Pinang ("Property") for total cash consideration of RM133,333,000.00 ("Purchase Consideration").
