We refer to the Company's First Announcement dated 18 November 2021 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Practice Note ("PN17") and the Company's announcements dated 4 September 2024, 10 September 2024, 23 January 2025, 25 July 2025 and 30 January 2026 in relation to the EOT Application.

Reference is also made to the announcements dated 9 May 2023, 25 April 2024, 5 July 2024 and 19 August 2024 in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan of the Company, of which has been approved by Bursa Securities.

Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Company's announcements in relation to the Regularisation Plan.
