Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 30 October 2025, 5 November 2025 and 7 November 2025, 22 December 2025, 30 December 2025, 31 December 2025, 25 March 2026, 30 March 2026 and 31 March 2026 ("Earlier Announcements") in relation to the Private Placement. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 30 April 2026 resolved to grant FSBM an extension of time until 30 June 2026 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.

In the event the Private Placement is not completed before the next AGM, Malacca Securities is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders at the forthcoming AGM for the authority to issue shares pursuant to the Act before the listing of the Placement Shares.
