Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the same.
Further to the Company's last announcement made on 28 January 2026 in relation to the updates on the status of the memorandums of understanding ("MOUs"), the Board of Directors of DXNH wishes to announce the latest status of the following MOUs: -
1. MOU dated 30 July 2023 entered into between the Company and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and Hospital Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and Yayasan Prihatin Nasional
- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 28 January 2026.
2. MOU dated 8 October 2023 entered into between the Company and University of Cyberjaya Sdn. Bhd.
- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 28 January 2026.
3. MOU dated 27 May 2024 entered into between Dexin Morocco SA with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies
- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 28 January 2026.
Notwithstanding the above, Dexin Morocco SA remains in discussions with the relevant Moroccan authority, with a view to progressing towards the finalisation of the Investment Agreement.
4. MOU dated 15 July 2025 entered into between the Company and Invest Kedah Berhad
- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 28 January 2026.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company had on 13 April 2026 announced the execution of a sixty (60)-year old lease agreement in relation to a parcel of land in Bukit Kayu Hitam with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah. The said lease agreement was not entered into pursuant to the MOU with Invest Kedah but is consistent with the broader collaboration envisaged under the aforesaid MOU.
5. MOU dated 1 December 2025 entered into between the Company and the Municipality of Ibia, Brazil
- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 28 January 2026.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company and the Municipality are progressing with the relevant approval and administrative processes in relation to the proposed land donation for the development of the industrial plant, subject to the necessary approvals and execution of the relevant agreements or documentations.
6. MOU dated 21 January 2026 entered into between the Company and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency ("Apex-Brasil")
- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 28 January 2026. Apex-Brasil's involvement is expected to support the Company in the subsequent phases of the proposed industrial plant in Ibia, including during the land allocation process and potential construction phase, subject to the progress of the project.
Further announcement on the status of all the MOUs will be made in due course in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
