Outcome of Meeting

The Board of Directors of Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the special resolution as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 7 April 2026 was duly passed by the shareholders at the EGM of the Company.

 

The resolution was voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Deloitte Malaysia Assurance Sdn. Bhd. the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.

Additionally, the special resolutions as set out in the Notice of the redeemable convertible preference shares ("RCPS") class A ("RCPS A") Class Meeting and Notice of Islamic RCPS class A ("RCPS-i A") Class Meeting ("RCPS Special Resolutions") ("RCPS Class Meetings") were unanimously passed by the holders of RCPS A and RCPS-i A at the respective RCPS Class Meetings of the Company.

 

The RCPS Special Resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Deloitte Malaysia Assurance Sdn.Bhd. the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
