Description	ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER THE ORDINARY SHARES OF UEM SUNRISE BERHAD ("UEMS") ("UEMS SHARE(S)") ("UEMS-C2G")
We refer to UEMS's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad's announcement dated 26 February 2026 and 3 March 2026 respectively pursuant to the special single-tier tax exempt dividend of 0.59 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 ("Special Dividend"). As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of UEMS-C2G. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of UEMS-C2G shall remain the same.
