The Board of Directors of the Company had on 28 April 2026 approved the change of the Company's financial year end from 31 December 2025 to 30 June 2026. The financial year will commence from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026, covering a period of 18 months. The rationale for the change is to enhances operational alignment by providing a more suitable reporting timeframe, supporting better resource planning, efficiency, and aligned decision-making.
