JASA KITA BERHAD ("JASA KITA" OR THE "COMPANY")
-PROPOSED ACQUISITION; AND
-PROPOSED DIVERSIFICATION
(collectively, the "Proposals")

The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company had on 28 April 2026 entered into a conditional share sale agreement with Norza Holdings Sdn Bhd and Ir. Nazarudin Bin Salleh for the proposed acquisition by the Company of 1,300,000 ordinary shares in KT System Sdn Bhd ("KT System"), representing the entire equity interest in KT System from the Vendors at a total cash consideration of RM10.00 million ("Proposed Acquisition").

 

Additionally, the Board wishes to announce that the Company proposes to diversify the existing principal activities of Jasa Kita and its subsidiaries to include the provision of power infrastructure utilities construction services and related power businesses ("Proposed Diversification").
