LBI Capital Bhd. ("LBI") wishes to announce that it will be seeking its shareholders' approval at its 48th Annual General Meeting to be convened on a date to be announced later for the proposed renewal authority for the purchase by LBI of its own shares up to ten percent (10%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of LBI ("Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority").

A Statement to shareholders containing information on the Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority will be included in the LBI 2025 Annual Report and despatched to the shareholders in due course.
