Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company's announcement dated 13 April 2026 (Reference Number: GA1-10042026-00027) ("Announcement").

Following confirmation by PKNK, the Company wishes to clarify that the applicable SST rate to the Lease Consideration is 6% instead of 8% as previously stated in the Agreement, pursuant to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department's policy on rental and leasing services, being the prevailing rate effective from 1 January 2026.

Save for the above clarification, all other information contained in the Announcement remains unchanged. The Company will take the necessary steps to update the Agreement accordingly.
