We refer to the earlier announcements dated 9 March 2026, 11 March 2026 and 13 March 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 27 April 2026 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.0685 per Straits Share ("Placement Share(s)").

 

The issue price of RM0.0685 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 8.91% to the 5-day weighted average market price ("VWAP") of Straits Shares up to and including 24 April 2026, being the last traded day of Straits Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.0752 per Straits Share.
