The Board of Directors of TSHB is pleased to announce that the Company had proposed the payment of a single tier final dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 on 15 July 2026 to shareholders registered in the Record of Depositors as at 30 June 2026, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

In the preceding financial year ended 31 December 2024, the Company had declared an interim dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share. The variation in dividend distribution reflects encouraging cash flow position of the Group.
